A damaged, incorrect or incomplete order

What happens next

Our team will review the order details and the issue with you, then confirm the appropriate next step, including any replacement, return or refund arrangement that applies. Please ask for return instructions before sending a parcel so it reaches the correct destination. Any return shipping arrangements will be confirmed with you.

Changes or cancellation requests

Our products are personalised and made by hand. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change a photo, name, date, address or other order detail, or request cancellation. Whether a change can be made depends on the production and dispatch stage; we will confirm what is possible for your order.

Handmade variations

Flower shapes, placement, colour and resin details can vary slightly from piece to piece. These variations are a natural part of handmade artwork. If you are concerned that an item is damaged or does not match the personalisation you ordered, please contact us for a review.

Refund updates

If a refund is agreed, we will confirm the amount and processing details with you. Payment provider and bank processing times may affect when it appears in your account.
